Before becoming a real estate professional, I had been both a Buyer and a Seller numerous times. I remember that many times the agent seemed to care more about themselves than the client, their needs, details, etc., and I vowed to never be that kind of agent. I understand how important it is to be a member of your Team. I believe that developing strong relationships is the key to a successful transaction and a lasting friendship.

In the first year of my career, I completed the 96-hour Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) training. It was very important to have a full understanding of the real estate transaction process to provide the highest level of service. From that point on, education became the focal point of my career.

I was also very proud to have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation in 2006. This is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field which required a minimum of $25 million in production and 10 units of education. The following year, I completed the criteria for the Accredited Buyer's Representative. When buying a home, it is critical to have someone on your side, looking out for your best interest and aggressively negotiating on your behalf.

Due to the great recession in 2008 and the changing economy and real estate market, I became a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Consultant in order to help those facing foreclosure understand their options. I also attained the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) to help both buyers and sellers navigate the challenging short sale process.

I recently decided to utilize my education, experience and knowledge to work as an Independent Broker. I love connecting with my past clients, making new ones and looking forward to future clients in order to provide an extraordinary level of personal service, putting the clients needs before my own. Everyone needs to experience a high level of communication, integrity and the best customer service I can provide.
