In the first year of her career, Carol completed the 96-hour Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) training. It was very important to have a full understanding of the real estate transaction process to provide the highest level of service. Later on, Carol earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. When buying a home, it is critical to have someone on your side, looking out for your best interest and aggressively negotiating on your behalf.

Carol was very proud to have been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation in 2006. This is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field which requires a minimum of $25 million in production and 10 units of education. Fewer than 4 percent of all REALTORS hold the CRS Designation.

As an avid web user, Carol trained and achieved the e-PRO designation, endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS.
